For 25 years, I have had the honor of working with individuals experiencing life transitions. Many times these experiences are complicated by difficult experiences in early life.

In a safe, impartial and supportive environment clients are able to explore options, learn practical tools and emerge from the transition with new skills, insights and personal strength. I work with adults, young children and adolescents in individual, couples, family and/or group sessions.
